Complaint: I used to regularly order from Pizza Hut. They have great food.I ordered for delivery, and usually pay with a credit card. When they come to the house, they don’t check my photo ID or the card’s numbers against the physical cards last 4 digits.Instead, they put an imprint of your ENTIRE credit card on the receipt. In 2003, FACTA was passed and it specifically states in Section 605 that there is a maximum of the last 5 digits of your credit card that are allowed to be on any digitally printed receipt. When I called their corporate office, they are aware that this is a blatant violation of federal law, but said that is company policy. That the “banks are requiring them”” to break federal law. If you pay with a credit card when ordering from Pizza Hut
