Complaint: I ordered a pizza at 6:22 pm 9/29/07 via online. I ordered a special – 2 medium pizza’s, breadsticks, and cinnamin sticks for $19.99. I ordered a cheese-lover’s and a chicken supreme. What I received was a supreme with sausage and pepperoni, and a cheese pizza that was cold, half-eaten, and torn apart. I called to have my pizza’s exchanged. Louis, the manager on duty, was a complete a**. He said no one there would have eaten half the pizza. He told me he’d resend my two pizza’s. We argued about them being free, to which he finally agreed. When the driver came, she bought me two pizza’s which had been packed size-ways in the box. She bought no refund (I’d paid by credit card). I showed her the pizza’s that we had been delivered. We discussed the current state of the pizza’s (she agreed with our assessment of their appearance). We told her we’d keep the chicken pizza (which I didn’t think was very tasty), and she sayd she’d bring us back our new pizza’s and some breadsticks in about 35-40 mins. A few hours later, I called to see why we had no pizza’s, and to cancel the order all together (it was then around 10:30 pm). Louis, ever the a**, told me I would get no new pizza since I kept the chicken pizza. He also would not refund my credit card charge. Then he said he’d give me $10 if I came to get it. I told him I didn’t pay $22.78 (total amount paid) for one pizza, which I couldn’t even eat. We argued; he hung up. I called back, and he wouldn’t get back on the phone. The girl who’d answered decided to be equally an a**, and told me to go to Papa Johns. I still haven’t eaten. I am awaiting a call from the district manager, because I will accept nothing short of a refund, and Louis needs to be fired, because he cannot do his job in any meaningful way. I have never before received a half-eaten pizza, and I have never gotten such poor customer service on top of it.
