Complaint: A couple weeks ago my girlfriend and I tried to have an order delivered to us. After no word for about an hour and a half, we tried calling the pizzeria. Phone was off the hook and giving us a busy signal for about half an hour. We finally got through to the cashier, who told us the order we placed two hours ago was never received and that they could either start making it, or refund us. We told her that we would like to be refunded and she let us know that she was unable to do the refund in the system, but would pass our information to a manager who would call us the next day to process the refund. We ordered food from another place and it showed up in fifteen minutes. A few minutes after we got our food, our Pizza Fanatic order shows up. My girlfriend gets on the phone with the pizzeria, and the cashier is unsure of why the food is there, but tells us that instead of the delivery driver driving it back to the pizzeria to be thrown out, we can take the pizza and still receive the refund. Unfortunately, after a two week ordeal trying to get hold of the owner about our refund, he tells us in an email that we will not be receiving it. He claims that the cashier from that night told him that we had never spoken to her about any sort of refund that night, an obvious lie. I finally got him to speak to me on the phone directly and he told me that the refund was not going to happen, and that I was wasting my time even trying to get it. He then cut me off and rudely hung up on me.
