PhoneSexBoss.com Review

I worked there for a couple of months and it was like 2 year old children fighting over a toy. All of the inter workings of the company is aired in public forum and the employees are encouraged to bad mouth one another, and to lie to the clients. They wanted us to set a schedule and if you missed it, or were late, you were treated like a child. We are not hourly employees. We are sub contractors and after calling the labor board in my state I found out this was not even legal. We are forced to blog 3 times per day/ post to a news group/ and vote every 3 hours. The dispatchers who send calls to us are so mean and hateful that you cringe when they message you. All of this is not legal. We are not paid to do it. I called and filed a complaint with the department of labor. Also they send so many emails screaming back and forth at each other, calling each other names that are so disrespectful that it made me hurt for those affected. If you can get through all that, your still not paid, and when they finally do, they make you feel as though you should be thanking them for paying you for money you earned. I would not recommend that anyone work there unless they desire abuse. The owner of the company is crazy. She calls the girls whores, sluts, bitches, and even worse. I refuse to repeat some of the names I’ve heard.
