Not delivering a puppy after collecting fees to do so.

My Complaint: I was contacted after talking to the supposed owner of the puppy made arrangements for it to be delivered to me through this agency..after making payment, I was told the puppy would be delivered the same evening that’s October 22, 2016..the dog never arrived and they keep requesting more money for different things crate, insurance which was never mentioned in the original invoice.

My Demand: For them to be stopped so it happened to no-one else.and I would also like my money back.
