Complaint: In March 2014, I took my Computer into PC Works to have a virus removed and when I recieved it back, my Microsoft Office program was gone. I have spent the last unsuccessfully 9 months trying to resolve this matter with PC Works and the Better Business Bureau. PC Works has refused to refund my $150.00 service charge or to compensate or replace my Microsoft Office. PC Works’ response was and I quote, “There is No Way
