Complaint: I bought a one-year subscription to PawPaw Mail for an elderly relative. When there were problems with it, we tried contacting the company by phone and email. Multiple attempts were made by both the email user and myself. I left messages, in addition to sending emails. At no time did anyone answer the phone or respond to the messages and emails. This email service is just a scam to lure the elderly in. A shame. It’s a good idea.
