Complaint: I am not one to complain at a restaurant when service or food is bad, I just usually deal with it. But this time it was to the extreme. As a regular customer at Patagonia in Doral, FL I would frequently visit this restaurant for lunch since my office is in the Doral area. I decided to take my family there for a dessert and for myself to have a steak. The two desserts we ordered tasted like they had been sitting in the back of a refrigerator for a very long time…not very good at all to say the least. They were definitely not fresh and had no flavor. I confronted the manager “owner”” of Patagonia Doral to let him know that the desserts were very bad and his response was very defensive and rude. Instead of being apologetic he was basically the opposite. Simply put it his reply was “”I don’t care if you come here all the time
