Complaint: I went to the Outback Steakhouse in Woodbury Mn on a wednesday night. When I arrived i was told it was a five to fifteen minute wait. I took a seat at the bar to wait the place was empty, my five to fifteen minute wait turned in an hour. I was confused why it took so long on a wednesday night when there were tables open every where. When we got our table we sat there for another 20 mins before the server came over. The server took our drink order and ten minutes later our drinks came. After that we had to flag someone down to get the server to place our order. We order an app and the main course at the same time. Well our app showed up with our meal on top of the fact we didn’t even get our salads.While we were eating a host and the bartender were aruging in front of us, which I felt was unprofessional and made me and my guest feel uncomfortable.almost two hours later we finished our meal and at that point we had to flag down the server again to get the bill. I felt the employees could care less about providing a decent dining experience for their guests.We got there at 7:15 pm and didnt get out of there until 9:45. I then called the manager the next day to tell him about the lack of service his staff provided. The manager didn’t really seem to interested at even apologizing. At the end of our conversation the manager said he would mail a gift card for the poor service. Well we never received the gift card. I think this speaks volumes of the type of business they have running. I plan on never returning after all of this. I would rather spend my hard earned money else. please be advised if you are looking to have a nice evening out with a friend or love one please do not go to Outback, not worth your time or money!
