Complaint: I consistently have exactly the same experience as the previous poster from Hawthorne, CA. For the fourth time I attempted to get MyOutbackRewards credit for an invoice, this one dated 19 May 2013. I finally got an email response 10 June 2013 that said, as they always do: Here are the results of your recent code submissions:We have found errors with the following codes and subtotals. Please check your codes and try again.CODE: 65329006111050 SUBTOTAL: 51.92 REASON: Invalid code The codes and subtotals are always correct. I always send them a photo of the invoice, and they always, eventually, credit my Rewards account with the appropriate points. I haven’t tried redeeming any points yet; I fully expect to have the same difficulty reported by another poster when I try.
