Auto credit card billing after trial period.
My Complaint: When I opted to try a risk free trial at only the cost of the postage, there must have been some fine print someplace that I was not aware of, which started billing my credit card 14 days from the date I placed my order. So before I had even received the product. The days were clicking off. It was not until I received the 2nd bottle that I thought to check my credit card bill. Sure enough and $89.00 charge had been applied. I did not open the package. Had no phone # on the confirmation sheet I had printed off and no website to reach them to try and straighten things out. I obtained their # from my credit card company. I am returning the bottle of pills, but am told I will only receive a $13.00 refund. I feel I am entitled to at least 1/2 of the refund. If I can’t get it at the health food store, I have decided, I don’t need it! LaNell Malray.
