Online Virtual Waikato

Complaint: The precarious situation that I find myself in started at the beginning of February 2014, when I was contacted initially by a lady named Fay Murray (a sales representative for Online Virtual) who had somehow acquired my details from the internet as I understand. She contacted me by virtue of the fact that I had expressed an interest in the prospect of earning an additional income by working from home. It was my intention to earn a further income to supplement my wage as Dairy farm Manager, in the hope that this would help me to build equity and so advance my career as a farmer. Fay Murray seemed like a very nice, middle aged Kiwi lady on the phone and this gave me great assurance that I was not only dealing with a good, honest and mature person, but also a decent and professional representative from a perfectly legitimate company (I did some background checks and found that they were a registered company here in New Zealand.) Fay Murray seemed a skilful saleswoman, and we built up what seemed to me like a good rapore. She told me that she herself was a user of the Online Virtual System herself, and that she was very happy with the returns she was earning , all while she was a working woman herself, and that she was able to leave the program running and earning , while she was away at work. Among other things, she even went further to say that the Online Virtual system had enabled her to help her to pay for her daughteru2019s mortgage, and that it was a fantastic way to earn an additional income. Fay Murray told me that I too could earn a very attractive sounding amount of money with the Online Virtual System (between NZ$1,000 to NZ$1,500 per week u2013 just as she was) by working from home using a software package that she was also selling on behalf of Online Virtual. Upon inquiring what the system was about, she told me that it was an advanced computer program that enabled itu2019s users to bet on horse races, where the program was developed by Anthony Ellis/ Online Virtual over many years of research would basically bet on the users behalf with remarkable accuracy. I told her that I knew nothing about horse racing , and she replied (and I quote) ; u201cI donu2019t know anything about horses either, but that does not matter, in fact it does not matter whether the horses in the race were red, pink or blue, as the system was developed for that reason.u201d u2013 in her words. She also emphasised there and then, that purchasing the product carried minimal risk, as Online Virtual guaranteed the product to earn the returns within 3 months, but that if not earned within a year, the difference would be refunded by Online Virtual. I understood this to mean that there was a minimal risk in purchasing the product, as I would be refunded the AUS$9,680.00 if I had not earned it through the use of the program, they (Online Virtual) were selling. At this point I was very interested in the product, and she arranged for an u2018on-line live demonstrationu2019 of what the product was, how it worked and what sort of returns one could make as a user of the product. She arranged for the demonstration which was conducted with me by Anthony Ellis within a few days. Though I was a little sceptical and intimidated at what appeared to quite a complex program/system, I was impressed and excited with what I had seen and with Anthonyu2019s knowledge of the product, and the potential winnings that could be earned using the system . During this demonstration Anthony assured me that I would be given adequate training. At this point I made it known that I was a dairy farmer, and that this entailed long hours of work and that the training would have to be conducted after hours, to which both Anthony Ellis and Fay Murray assured me that I could be accommodated in this regard by their American trainer (whom she described to me, for what itu2019s worth, as being an ex-marine from the US Army). I felt quite assured at this point that I had been dealing with u2018good people, and I proceeded to purchase the package (system) for the price of AUS$9680.00. Before I paid for the package, I made it known to Fay Murray and Anthony Ellis that I did not have this sort of money u2018to spareu2019 but that I would have to borrow it, obviously with the hope of recouping my investment as soon as possible, and consequently paid for this by credit card on the 24th of February 2014 in two instalments. In hindsight, this was a big mistake on my part as I had not seen any paperwork related to any of the various issues that had been discussed verbally. I received the product by courier a few days later. The package consisted of an Asus laptop computer which was pre-loaded with the Online Virtual System, a USB Key, some stationary , and importantly a document which pledged Online Virtualu2019s Income Gurantee, which I have attached with this paperwork. I still have the laptop and the software in my possession at present. Unfortunately for me, this was where it all started to get difficult regarding this whole situation and for some reason, having now paid for the System, Fay Murray and Anthony Ellis had now simply just stopped communicating with me. In the days that followed, I was contacted by a gentleman with an American accent named Doug from the u2018trainingu2019 department and he proceeded to familiarize me with the system. I learnt that Doug the trainer could only offer me training sessions from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, and between 9am and 12pm on Saturdays. This certainly did not suit me with my job as a farmer, but I did my best to balance the training sessions with my work as a Farm Manager, and I managed to complete 3 training sessions with Doug. I found the trainer to be quite an abrupt and somewhat aggressive individual in terms of the way he communicated. He had very regimented and rather unfriendly approach, though it was obvious that he was quite accomplished at his job and with the product. I worked amicably enough with Doug initially, but he made me feel quite inferior in the way he addressed my concerns but, in the interest of making things work for mutual benefit, I endured this treatment and over the initial weeks that followed I was advised to u2018paper tradeu2019 the program. I dualy did so, but the results were very negative from the onset, and save for a few profitable days, the results were mostly negative. I communicated this to Doug the trainer, but he was adamant that the system was not at fault and that I simply had to trust the system. By then I had ceased to feel like a u2018valued customeru2019 as one would expect, having just invested a substantial amount of money. Having endured the 3 training sessions with Doug over the following weeks, and having followed all the guidelines religiously (i.e. every night after work), it soon became apparent that I was not making any money, nor was I going to make any money, let alone recoup my AUS$9,680.00 at this rate. I was also finding it difficult to juggle my work as a farmer with the training sessions because they certainly were not very flexible in accommodating my needs in this regard. When I took this issue up with Doug (the trainer) he kept suggesting that the fault was with me and not the system/Online Virtual, as other users were doing well with it. He also pointed out to me that most users of the system were so successful with the system that they didnu2019t have jobs as they were u2018so successfulu2019 with the Online Virtual System. The situation became very stressful for me, and I made a number of phone calls to try and speak with Anthony Ellis or Fay Murray, but my phone calls were not returned, as I was told that they were either busy or away. I cannot recall the number of phone calls that I made, leaving messages for them, without reply, but I tried no less than 3 times. Having realised that this system was not working for me and that I had made a terrible mistake in buying the system, and that no amount of communication/ phone calls, or discussion was going to solve the problem, as things just kept getting worse. (I have all the evidence of the poor trading results with me and would gladly forward them to anyone who can help me) At this point, I was a very worried man as I was finding that the after sales support from Online Virtual to be very poor u2013 I was on my own with a computer and a u2018systemu2019 that was performing poorly in terms of results, and with very little positive support from the very people I had just paid AUS$9,680.00 to, for it!! Naturally, I became very disheartened at the lack of progress in making this expensive system work for me, so on the 17th April 2014, I decided that I had no option but to put my concerns in writing to Online Virtual. I consequently wrote to Online Virtual informing them that the product was not meeting my expectations, and that I wanted to be reimbursed for the considerable amount of AUS$9,680.00 that I had borrowed and paid for the product with. I received no reply to this first e-mail, and so I decided to follow it up again by writing a second e-mail to them again on the 29th of April 2014. This time, I received a prompt, but impersonal reply from no individual or representative from Online Virtual in particular. The reply from Online Virtual basically constituted a Questionaire. To me this was an unacceptable way to address my concerns , as the relevant personnel (i.e. Doug the trainer) at Online Virtual already knew the answers to most of the questions they had asked in their reply. In the weeks that followed, I thought long and hard on what course of action to take, but also at this point in time, I had a number of personal issues to address, and so I had to take my attention off the issue with Online Virtual to address other more pressing concerns in my life. After some months, having addressed my personal priorities, I wrote to Online Virtual again, one last time this year, on the 3rd of February 2015, and to date, I have still not had a reply, which led me to seek professional legal advice regarding this issue and I was consequently advised by a number of Lawyers to approach the Disputes Tribunal, and therefore herewith register my plea for your assistance in this regard, as I seem to have run out of options in trying to recover the substantial amount of money I invested with Online Virtual. I am desperate to recuperate the money that I spent with Online Virtual and I would be eternally grateful if anyone could help me in this regard.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on, it is strongly advised to avoid Online Virtual Waikato in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Online Virtual Waikato. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
