Complaint: We are a reputable flood restoration company in San Diego that hired this company for online marketing. We did receive many phone calls through their listing, however, every singe call that came in was a telemarketer, wrong-number, empty dial tone, or otherwise junk. Over the course of several years, we literally did not receive one single legitimate lead. Finally realizing we were wasting money, we sent an email requesting cancellation of our service. Patty with OBL wrote back (eventually) to inform us we had to undergo some sort of bogus interview process where they present a spreadsheet of all the calls we received so they can “prove”” to us all the leads they generated. We said that was not necessary but we would entertain whatever dog and pony show we had to go through to finalize our cancellation. Patty sent the “”activity report”” with instructions to call or email back if we still wanted to cancel. We did
