Complaint: I was dissatisfied with my $7.00 box of lettuce that was supposed to be a Caesar salad. When I called to complain, the manager, Jessica Lindsey, offered me a refund. I agreed and then I continued to explain why I was dissatisfied. The Manager told me she didn’t like my attitude and that I could forget about the refund after all. I told Ms. Lindsey that I was going to call the homw office and she told me to go ahead, she didn’t care what I did, she was not giving me a refund because she didn’t like the way I spoke to her. I did call the home office and the woman could only offer a gift certificate. She did, however, give me the name of the franchise owner, Sherry Beverly. I phoned the franchise owner who was extremely rude to me. I remarked that I was the customer and that last time I checked, the customer is always right. She said “not this time.”” She told me she didn’t care if she lost my business. I told her I would be telling everyone I know about that situation and posting it online. She laughed and said snidely
