netzero Solon Maine

Complaint: I had net zero a few years ago , service was not very great, called them, talked to this jerk named Jim he worked there . Told him I wanted to stop my service, he informed me , could do in 3 ways, # 1 was to call. ( at the time I told him to stop service and stop charging to my credit card, or bank account, # 2 was to send an email. #3 was to send a letter, they did not stop charging I deleted every thing form my computers that had their names or anything to do with their service. I even seent emails to them to stop , they just ignored and keep charging my accounts for many more months, I had to change my banking account numbers, to stop them I sent email to the Attorney Generals office, recieved a letter back stating that in a small clause they stated to stop their service was to send a letter, I figured , where they ignored my emails and calls , that they just throw away in trash the letter . I kept calling them at netzero and they stopped ansering all my calls o guess the goverment ( irs) is recieving so much money from them , that they do not want to stop them from stealing from us . really love this scamming goverment also , they just as bad as net zero I owe them the goverment a little money and rthey deducting it every month for 30 months off my S.S.I . check leaving me only $25.?? per month now 1 Love them both so much thanks jrl45@hotmail
