Complaint: After renewing my annual service subscription I had service for a few days and then it stopped. I contacted the company website and followed the instructions for troubleshooting and it still would not function. I tried the Help/Chat button but got no response. I tried calling my netTalk number from another phone and got a recording that I had reached a number that is no longer in service. For the past week I have gone to their website and clicked the Help/Chat button numerous times and received no response. I searched the internet and found a phone number for netTalk (866) 967-1063 but it is no longer in service. Now, when I call my netTalk phone number the call will not complete. I dial the number and it immediately disconnects. I have had the service since 2011 and was more or less satisfied until this year. I just paid $51.69 for another year of service and don’t have service and cannot get any help from the company and I am very angry.
