Complaint: Nerd Block has refused to refund me for an order I accidentally placed for $573 yesterday. I’ve contacted them several times, and only gotten an automated response stating their return policy. The order is for a year subscription of monthly boxes, and I was looking at getting 2 subscriptions. I was under the impression that I would be billed monthly, and not charged the full amount up front. As soon as I confirmed the order I saw the amount, and contacted them for a refund, to which I have receieved no . I am completely disgusted at the lack of customer service and empathy from this company and will definitely be passing this information along to everyone I know. I work customer service and understand that policies are there to keep a standard, however, there is ALWAYS going to be a situation where exceptions should be made to maintain good customer service and a good business image.
