Complaint: My Acer laptop wasn’t working properly, and Acer said they would be unable to repair it because it was so old they no longer had parts for it, so I purchased Neosmart’s Windows XP Recovery Disc. Their website says in large letters “Guaranteed to Work or Your Money Back””. Their CD made my laptop worse. Now my laptop won’t boot; all it does is say “”bootmgr missing”” tries to reboot and repeats “”bootmgr missing””. This goes on in a continuous loop. Neosmart refuses to refund my money unless I waste more time by calling their tech support people. I’ve wasted enough time on this laptop
