MyLife.com

Unauthorized subscription charges

My Complaint: this site sent me a message that i had a criminal record. I agreed to pay $1.00 and it turned out to be a speeding ticket that was paid and was never put on my record. I put a comment that it needed to be removed. I also paid another $1.00 for a full report on somebody else. Realized today that 3 subscription fees were deducted from my bank account. on 6/22/19 $50.85 and $38.85 and on 8/9/19 $79.95… I looked through my emails and found several emails from Mylife, one asking me to confirm my subscription which I never saw or confirmed. i canceled my debit card to avoid future charges. I tried calling the numbers provided to my bank and numbers on website but none of them work it seems. I sent them an email demanding a reimbursement. Also realized there are hundreds of people on the internet that have complained the same happened to them and that the company refuses to reimburse.

My Demand: my money returned.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid MyLife.com in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from MyLife.com. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
MyLife.com is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
