Stuck in a contract and they charged me 200 dollars and 34.99 every month

My Complaint: I was having trouble getting into my email when an ad popped up on google that I thought was reliable. These sales reps repeatedly told me that the issue I was having was malware when it was a brand new computer I just bought. After watching the technician do no work. He called me and said everything was clean. I then asked him if I had malware on my computer and he said no but I just was typing in my email password wrong. I knew this was scam as I just purchased the computer the day before.
