Complaint: I ordered a mybodyrocker, followed their sizing chart and when I received it 1 month after it was too small. I followed their instructions for an exchange which included paying to send it back and sending them a money order for $12.99 and have not heard anything from the yet. I have confirmation they received it on March 4th but they will not answer my emails or calls. I have put in a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission and am hoping to find some help to recover my money.
