Complaint: Got 1 call yesterday and 2 calls today from an Indian sounding voice stating that my computer has been sending requests for assistance to their server. For them to help me, I needed to go to their website While he was doing his explanation, I tried to find out whether this was a legitimate company. I didn’t find much at start, but as I’m in the programming and software-security business, I can detect a fraud at any length. So I kept him on the phone, hoping this would cost him somewhat money. Then I landed on where there is a report on this company. When I told him on the phone that I was looking at some suspicious reports on their company, he started shouting at me that I was a b*****d and so on. After this retorical speech of about 30 seconds, he hang up the phone. I think that was a wise decision. He was already spending 15 min on me… Any other people having experience with these eloquent(!) operators?

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on, it is strongly advised to avoid Alabama in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Alabama. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones. Alabama is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
