Overcharge for Order
My Complaint: The website clearly says 7.95 shipping and handling. I was charged 31.80 for shipping and handling.
I’ve tried to call them repeatedly since I received my email receipt to cancel the order- wait on hold forever. No answer. Now they’ve charged my credit card and won’t take returns unless you call them to get an “authorization”. But they don’t answer the phone! How will I get an authorization?
My Demand: Full refund.
