Complaint: I placed an order for a T-shirt and a hoodie, paid the shipping, and sent in the tabs. The tabs left here in plenty of time to be received and counted for my order before the 60-day limit. However, at the 60-day mark, I received a refund for the shipping cost, and no word whatsoever as to the status of the tabs. I tried contacting customer support, but to no avail. The information I received was so vague that it seemed to be automated, that their support team was so disinterested in my situation that they just spat out a recycled response. I spent over $200 on the drinks in order to get the tabs for this order. And now I’m stuck here with nothing to show for it, but money spent and a serious lack of respect for this company. For anyone trying to decide whether or not to trade in their tabs for Monster Gear, don’t do it. It’s the biggest ripoff I have ever seen and had the misfortune to be taken advantage of by. If Monster Energy really cared about their customers, they would have actually given more care and consideration when a (formerly) devoted customer came to them with a complaint.
