Complaint: Mr. Jaun Gonzalez, President and CEO the rudest and meanest person I have ever met. He was traveling on the company’s dime and therefore representing the company. He checked into the hotel I work at and even though we gave him the room his secretary specifically booked, he yelled and cursed and personally attacked me at the front desk. He asked me to print out the original reservation information, and when it proved the hotel was not at fault, he ripped it up, cursed, and yelled more. He made a huge scene, all of the while wearing a mission foods shirt and representing the company. I offered every possible solution and was overly nice, but he would not cooperate. The next day I smiled and said hi when he came in, he gave me the finger and did not say a word, even though all issues (which were HIS secretaries fault) had been fixed. I talked to other people about him and apparently, he is always like that. He belittles and berates people every chance he gets. This is not how a CEO should represent a company. There is no reason for anyone to act that way. I for one will NEVER buy a Mission Foods product again, and hope others will not either.
