Complaint: Miss Linda’s Seafood House owes me and my mother for days we worked thay closed down. We have not received any payment for working there. I was supposed to be getting paid $2.13 an hour plus tips. My mother was training she worked from 2 till 10 and was supposed to be getting paid $5.15 an hour. She also was never paid. The owner on my first check did not take out any taxes and gave me a personal check instead of a business check that I know they have. I would like to be paid for when I worked but just getting this in makes me feel better about the situation. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
