Complaint: Unbelievably Horrible – in every aspect. I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits along with a medium orange juice and a large cup of ice. I pulled away from the order window at 4:36 am. Stopped by Window 1 and paid. Had only one car in front of me. I sat for 25 minutes behind the one car who pushed his order back and had them try again evidently. They did not have him pull forward so that I and others behind me could get our food. I saw 4 separate individuals on duty. After I finally was able to pull up, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. They were clearly poorly trained and unable to keep up with even a minimal couple of orders. I pulled away at 5:06 – a full 30 minutes after ordering! As I got on the road, I was first surprised by the orange juice which was practically water – the machine was evidently well out of syrup!. Then I bit into my first biscuit and egg and cheese biscuit and the bacon was actually hard and burnt in flavor. I took a picture of it down the road. Did not want to go back and waste even more time with these poorly trained and careless individuals. I would appreciate some action please!
