Complaint: McDonald’s 401 S Macarthur blvd Oklahoma City ok Tonight I used the Drive thru; I placed my order after struggling to understand the girl taking the orders. I paid drove to the 2nd window the guy at the window handed my drinks to me wow what a surprise, the drinks was to full! I said can you please fill these cups I am paying for it. He gives me a dirty look I said whets the look for? He says do not tell me how to do my job I said well if you filled the cups up instead of trying To rip me off for to almost way full I would have not said a word to you. Are you paying for the coke cola out of your pocket? He says no! I said very well fill it up. Then he hands me my bag I Looked inside the fries was missing. I brought this to his attention he says you did not have fries with your order! I said listen i ordered the value meal #1 it comes with fries and a medium drink thats suspose to be filled up, not 1/2 way full. After a Brief Argument he says you are right my fault. This guy should not be working with customers in the food service business, I guess he has never heard the customer is right all I wanted was a full cup that I am paying for and my fries. After I got squared away this other man comes over and says was there a Problem with my employee? I said yes there was. I explained it to him and to my surprise he says the unthinkable! It’s our McDonalds we do as we please if we want to give full cups we will and if your fries are not there it’s because you took them out of the bag when my employee was not looking to obtain another box of fries for free. I said ok sure here is your drinks back and your Food REFUND me in Full NOW! He says wait a minute this will cause me to have an over ring I will have to fix that in my deposit so I will not be short on this cash register. I said that’s your problem not mine. I pulled up parked my car went inside sat the food on the counter and demanded a full refund. This idiot then put up an argument for over 5 minutes about over rings and food cost. I told him I Do not care your employee should have better training in customer care and service instead of trying to rip people off with filled cups and no fries in the bag. And you need to work on your customer relation skills and your management skills towards your employee’s and customers! i do not know how its my fault if he has to fix a Over ring due to me asking for a full refund. i got the problem taken care of with his employee until he comes in and shifts the blame on me. xXxXx 73179, OklahomaU.S.A.
