Complaint: MC Construction contracted with Performance Drywall to provide material and services for the Five Guys Burgers & Fries in Cypress, Texas. He has short paid our invlices by $7,351.00 and has no intention to pay the amount he owes. When asked about payment, he said it was a bad job for him and that he spent the money he owes us. Subcontractors, owners, architects all BEWARE!
