Complaint: I cancelled my 3-month subscription well before my 3-months was up. They asked questions about why cancelling and I answered them. A friend said my profile was no longer visable. I assumed it was cancelled. I was then charged $77.97 for another 3-month subscription without my permission or knowledge. When I called to complain, I was told they have a “no refund policy”” and could not do anything about it. I now am paid up for another 3-months and they have cancelled my subscription so I won’t be charged again 3 months from now. After asking to speak to someone else (I was furious)

Address: that person basically told me the same thing. Stated the most they could do for me was refund me $27 as they would change my order to one month instead of three. So basically


Phone: they stole $50 from me and there is nothing I can do about it. I would suggest anyone who uses this site to call and get a confirmation that their account has been cancelled instead of assuming it was taken care of on their website.”
