Complaint: Ordered a product called Mac Cleaner. When I looked at the bill I was charged for another product as well that I did not order. When I spoke with their technical support representative he told me I needed to purchase a $250.00 service agreement to fix problems their scan identified on my computer. They agreed to refund my money and cancel my order. I reported them to American Express and submitted a complaint to the California Attorney General’s Consumer Division. I beleive that this company is engaged in fraudulent business activities and bait and switch practices.
