Complaint: I had been a happy Lyris user for some number of years. Then, I moved to a new company, and needed to negotiate a new contract. First I had been told I could have the same arrangments, working with the same people… BUT THEN – I get turned over to Lyris in London. With people who don’t know how their own software works, at three times the prices and 1/2 the service. The promised they would make it work. They made a lot of promises. As my deliverability plummetted, they were not available. As I requested help, they let it slide. As I said “what you are doing will NOT work”” – they ignored me. I wanted out in the first week.
