Complaint: I’ll keep this short. A respectable online review source recommended Livedrive as a backup plan. The least expensive offer was $3 per months from an organization called BackupLizard. I signed up for the service, downloaded the program and installed it, and backed up the files and folder on my desktop. However, there was no self-evident way to restore the files if I needed to. The “How To”” tab was incomplete and misleading. Inquiries were answered with suggestions that did not apply. Eg.
