Complaint: This company provides streaming radio/music. They have you pay in advance for service. For the second time since paying for a year’s service, the desktop player stopped working. I’ve e-mailed the company three times and can’t even get a response from them. Since they get their money up front, there’s really no recourse when they don’t provide the service.
