Complaint: Lionsea says I have been using them since 2014. I was not aware until the day they sent an email that charges were due and they charged my account. I have tried to reach support but no response. I will continue to try to contact them through digitalriver.com. I had to search the web for help with what was said by an overseas reply person – that I had a Zeus virus. I got no help with the Zeus problem and have not be able to reach a support person. I noticed from their adv. today that the cost would be $38.00/yeaq. I was charged $59.90 for the year. I hope to unsubscribe today from this service and uninstall.
