In October of 2014 I purchased a leather jacket from an online leather jacket company, Leatherhere. The jacket I ordered was named Austin and it was a large, for the amount of $199. My order number was 391 The first week of November 2014, I received the jacket and after trying it on it on, it was too small for me so I emailed the company and recieved a return authorization number and the address of 25 Palatine 313, Irvine, Ca. 92612, to return the jacket. I mailed the jacket back to the company via USPS with a tracking number of 9405510200883407611743, ref 161046. After checking the tracking numer I found that leatherhere had recieved the jacket on November 10, 2014. Since November 10, I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voice mails to the company requesting my refund for the return of the jacket. I have yet to recieve a return call from them. I have been told the check is in the mail and they have even sent me an invalid DHL tracking munber. I was told thru an email that I was approved to recieve my refund and to allow them a few days to process the refund. I have filed complaint thru, Pay Pal, the Better Buisness Bureau, Consumer affairs and the Consumer Protection Unit with the Orange County District Attorney in California. On April 2, 2015 I was finally able to live chat with a Mathew in customer service and he stated I was due a refund and that he would contact their accounting dept. to have the money sent to me. As of this writing, April 15, 2015, I have not received any refund or any contact from the company .
