Address: unprofessional customer serivce they put me on hold for an 1and 1/2 and they told me to send back the used access card but I would have to pay s/h + 10% restocking fee. Few months went by they charged my credit card for $40 for no services rendered. I contacted them and they said they’ll refund in 10 days

Phone: which they did. However they were counting on that I would overlook the charge on my bank statement. Basically they were charging me and just on the off chance they get CAUGHT they still make money for their merchant account since they recieve interests on money charged. MAKE SURE IF YOU DONE BUSSINESS WITH KNETBOOKS.COM TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD AS THEY’LL TURN ABOUT MONTHS LATER AND MAKE SAME CHARGES.”
