Complaint: I went into the store at 4 pm local time. There were two people in the dining room. A man waiting on his to go order, and an employee that was sitting in the lobby eating. We ordered buffet for two. There were two thighs, original on the buffet. No biscuits. We thought we wouldn’t have to wait long to be waited on since there was a man waiting on his food at the counter, and that meant an employee was tending the front. Boy, were we wrong. As soon as we walked in, the front cashier went on ‘break.’ This meant she made a beeline for the foodbar in the back and made herself a sandwich, which she then ate as she paced back and forth between the back foodbar and the drivethru. Finally, a pentacostal manager came to the front and took our order. She was the nicest employee I’d ever encountered in a KFC. It strikes me that all the other kid employees were taking advantage of her niceness and pawning their work off on her, but she couldn’t do it all. So we got our buffets, filled our drink cups, and placed our drinks on a table. We couldn’t sit where we wanted, since half the tables were dirty even though there was plenty of employees and not many customers.When we went to the buffet, we had to ask them to put chicken and biscuits out. The gripe employee acted like it wasn’t her job to do it. Another group of three came in, and took the rest of the chicken. They did not restock. The group also complained that there was no ice in the soda machine. We didn’t notice, since the soda is cold as dispensed and we don’t take ice. Rather than inconvenience the workers by asking them to do their job by restocking the bar, I asked the manager for some livers. I picked at the non-sinewy parts and then we got the hell out of there.This KFC sucks. They have nothing but white trash kids from the trailer park in there, and they don’t want to work.
