Complaint: If you are in the auto transport industry then you know about the big take over that happened in early 2014. Central Dispatch and Jtracker were bought by Dealertrack Technologies. If you are a broker or a carrier this became your biggest nightmare. Why? Dealertrack could give two craps about brokers and carriers. They treat us like we are the gum that sticks to their shoe. They treat us like crap. They think we are stuck using Dealertrack Technologies if we want to remain being brokers or carriers. Well Mark O’Neil can kiss my a** (he is the CEO of Dealertrack Technologies). Hey Mark… when you get your software all finished and you think the dealerships are going to use it to dispatch loads…. watch what happens. You’ve been crapping on the people you want to serve your dealerships for the past 14 months. The carriers are pissed off as hell and so are the brokers. I hear much rumbling about a giant new competitor rising up. They are building a dispatch board that will make JTracker and Central Dispatch obsolete. If that doesn’t bankrupt your whole idea I don’t know what will. You see Mark – every day the brokers and the carriers talk about the whole situation you put us in. The lack of software updates, the complete lack of customer service, the ridiculous rating system that doesn’t work, the search feature that sucks (brokers can’t even find a carrier without taking a number of extra steps – how screwed up is software that can’t find what you are looking for on the first try? – Very screwed up! So the people you’ve been charging three times higher for the last year or so …. well… we are ready to jump ship – treat your dealers like crap and charge them 5 times higher (if you ever get your software completed)… and we will be taking are crap on your dinner! How does that sound idiot? (Mark O’Neil). When you treat people like crap you are going to get crapped on! Suggestion before you lose everyone on Central Dispatch and Jtracker. 1) be pro-active – lower the rates back to where they were before you took over 2) fix the bugs in Central Dispatch and Jtracker software 3) send an immediate apology to all brokers and carriers and let everyone know you are sorry for what you have done for the last 14 months. 4) Get rid of all the idiot customer service reps who act like we need them and they don’t need us (basically everyone in your office has that B.S. attitude). 5) Hire some people who actually listen to the broker and carrier suggestions, pass them along to your software writers and implements the bug fixes we keep bringing to your attention (but nothing every gets done). DO IT OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES THAT ARE COMING DOWN THE PIKE FASTER THAN YOU REALIZE
