In May of 2017 I ordered 3 samples for the cost of about $22. Two weeks later my credit card was charged around $230 for these samples. I could not reach anyone by phone (kept getting a message that they are not available or have a high volume of calls) so I called my bank and filed a complaint. On June 14th, Jou Joulei tried to charge my credit card again for $94.95. Thankfully my bank declined the transaction and the fraud division contacted me. After reading the reports here I realized that by ordering free samples I was enrolled in a subscription club. I could not find the site I ordered from, but I think it was through Dr. Oz. At the recommendation of my bank I cancelled my credit/debit card and will apply for a new card. Buyer Beware. I demand I would like a refund, and they need to be very clear upfront that by ordering free samples you are automatically going to be charged $$$$.. Stay away
