Complaint: I recently recieved graduation announcements that were fairly expensive from Jostens and the quality was very surprising. I have used Jostens several times for announcements, rings, etc. for my high school and undergraduate graduations and had no problem with what I purchased. For my current graduate school announcements, however, there are quite a few concerns as to the relatively low quality of what I received. The announcements themselves look as if I printed them from home after running out of ink, with the exception of my graduate schools seal looking well made. The announcements also have a very hard to read font and several of the announcements have rough or poorly done folding. The announcements look like they were made from typical folded 8-1/2″x11″” sheets with very thin paper weight. Some of the return addresses were smudged with blue ink and almost dirty/blurry looking. The seal stickers and return labels were also bent along a dividing line as if they were carelessly stuffed into the package. Overall

Address: there is clearly poor quality control issues and I’m very surprised that the good quality on the same items that I’ve ordered twice are much lower quaity this time. I would recommend seeking another source for graduation announcements which seem to be less expensive and higher quality.”
