Complaint: On October 22nd 2011 me and my family ordered a large pizza from Johnny Sortino’s. It was a take out order and when we got it home to eat it we noticed that the pizza was dry and overcooked. It also looked like the pizza was slopped together very quickly. We should have taken it back immediately but due to fatigue factors we just ate it and dealt with it. The next day I called Johnny’s and asked for the owner. Her attitude from the beginning was arrogant and dismissive. I told her about the problem and she asked: “Did you call us last night when it happened?”” I of course said no because I did not realize that in today’s modern business world that you have to address customer service problems instantly. She then said: “”Well
Address: there is not much we can do about it now. You should have come back with the pizza last night.”” I realize there is a certain logic to her point

Phone: but in today’s competitive and customer service friendly world you would think that a business that wanted a good reputation and good customer relations would help the customer out. We went round and round and I eventually told her that her restaurant quality has been dropping over the years and she should really address that problem. Her only response was: “”Well…okay sir. I guess I will take that under advisement.”” Completely unacceptable attitude.”
