JM Kingston

Tried to have me send a check in advance in order to receive PCH award

My Complaint: A man called. He knew my name, address, and that I had entered the PCH contest. He said I had won 2nd place. One Million $$ plus Chevy suburban. That it would be awarded tomorrow, but first I had to mail (mail fraud?) a check for $725 to: Edmund Casillas XXXX Aspen St Knox, City TX 79529. Gave his name as Tony Washington, but caller ID gave J M Kingston. My concern is how did he know I had entered PCH and had my information? Is PCH liable here?

My Demand: I want to know how this man got my name and address from PCH?

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid JM Kingston in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from JM Kingston. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
JM Kingston is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
