Complaint: I called about a very bad sub that I paid over $7.00 for. When the wrapper was opened by my fiance his bread was glistening. Mine was not like that. When he picked it up, there was so much oil he had to keep pushing the meat back on the bread. When he took a bite, oil dripped all down his hand, dripped on his shirt and on the plate. He has eaten this sub many time & it has NEVER been saturated with oil!!!! I called and asked if they deliver but they didn’t on the south side where we live. I told her about the sandwich and said I guess I would have to drive to get a new one. MANDY was the girl I talked to and she said even if I drove there, she couldn’t give me a replacement sub. That’s when I became upset. I told her we ordered this sub many time and it has never been like this and it was unetible. She proceeded to tell me that they have MADE the sub many time and it is always 3 passes with the oil. When I asked to talk to a manager, she said she was the manager and any other one would tell me the same thing. By this point was completely livid and told her I would call back when there was a manager that was over the age of 20!
