Complaint: This business is no longer at this location. The company was evicted due to a failure to pay rentSo the owner of the company “Jay Grove”” otherwise known as “”Blackmagic Tech PC Repair & Networking”” and “”Blackmagic Tech IT Services & Computer Repair”” took my control panel for multi game arcade system with the promise to solder some wires in it so I could put it back into use for my family. After several months of promises to fix the item i was told that he would be unable to solder the connections and he said i should pick it up at his shop. “”Jay”” the owner never seemed to be available for me to retrieve my belongings. After several attempts I finally went to his house up the street from his shop where he sometimes meets his customers for pick up and drop off of computers. When I arrived his girlfriend/wife told me that he had left the state to go fishing in Alaska and that I would have to contact him in order to retrieve my $2000 game system which I was told was in storage. According to the woman they had made several attempts to contact me in regards to the item in question being picked up because he was closing his shop. NOT TRUE! Although he did send me an email it had no reference to his shop closing

Address: him placing my belongings in storage
Website: he no longer answers my phone calls or texts. And since his office is now rented to another business i guess my options are pretty slim. Warning to the general public…..This guy is a scammer. He also told me he was really good with television repair and that he could fix anything that did not have a broken screen. Of the 3 LCD televisions i dropped off to be repaired not a single one of them was fixed and returned. In each case I was told that they were not repairable and that he had disposed of them. I no longer believe that was the case. He also had taken in about 30 under the desk swinging keyboard rests with mouse pads and 6 hi-tech office chairs from me on consignment around the same time as he took in my game system
Phone: or a time frame in which my items needed to be picked up. Not having any other options I did contact him via Facebook and I was told by Jay that he had moved his shop into storage and that upon his return from Alaska my item would be returned immediately. I waited another month for his return date to come about and contacted him again. He told me that he was not going to his storage until the following Friday and that on Friday he would return my belongings without further delay. When I did not hear from him on Friday I called him Saturday to request the return of the game system. The story I was told was that his storage had gotten “”all messed up”” and that he no longer had my game system because due to his failure to pay his bill my items were lost to the storage facility. He then offered to pay me $200 at some later date as compensation for my loss. I looked up a similar gaming system and sent him the link explaining that I did not want $200
