Complaint: I completed one course through this company. When I tried to transfer to another program, they told me I would have to pay for the two courses I completed before they could do a transfer form. I emailed Zach Rozell regarding just re-enrolling in their program and giving in and being overcharged, and did not receive a response from him. I called and a lady told me that I could just re-enroll but that I would have to retake the one course I had already completed. So, I questioned if I would be charged again for it and she said they do not even charge for the first course. YET ZACH TOLD ME I HAD AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE. This makes no sense. I spoke to him and he said he had received my email from the prior week, however he did not feel like responding to it yet. After I left a review on Facebook, he decided to respond to the email. He is rude and only cares about trying to make money however he can.
