Complaint: I purchased an upgrade for Mircosoft Outlook 2013 on the web page named iStar Software. I was told in the messge from iStar Software that I would receive a key very soon to validate the purchase after the purhcase was made. I have not received the key number, and I believe I never will. The phone number listed in sustomer support is not the phone number for iStar Software. This is a scam!! Do not purchase anything from this crooked webpage!!
