Complaint: I was double charged for the initial fee. To get any information you must add the “premium”” fee of $19+ per researched person. On my own account there were individuals listed as relatives that I have no idea who they are! For example there are numerous errors concerning me and my son. What a rip off! Waste of money! Information provided is riddled with numerous errors. There s a fee added for every additional piece of information beyond name and addresses. Called the company and was told they could not find a double charge
