Complaint: Here is an email that I sent to Kelly Householder at Infusionsoft about a month after signing up for their service… Hello Kelly, Thank you for your confirmation on no future charges. We will not pay any invoice from InfusionSoft for the software/consulting, because of reasons previously provided and discussed, as shown below. Software does not meet our needs; this was evident after we started using it (no demo was allowed pre-purchase) Software has bugs that prevent efficient use Software is complicated and clunky We wish you the best in your future endeavors, and at this point, we bear no ill will toward InfusionSoft. However, if we are asked to pay for software and consulting we did not use, we will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Chandler, AZ Better Business Bureau. We hope this is clear. Sincerely, Brad Now, nearly two years later we got contact by a collections agency! Go figure. So, to avoid having my credit destroyed, I am forced to pay the bill ($866) and now I will fight back against this awful company by telling my story. They are certainly a slick marketing company — they trapped me.
