Complaint: Bartender charged me twice for a bill, in which friends paid again, to save embarassment for themselves, and when reported to Hooters Customer Service, was contacted by store manager named Lindsey. She apologized for the problem and offered me a gift card for my embarassment. I haven’t received anymore correspondence, nor any gift card since.
